Our firm provides client-oriented services on an average composite rate per hour. Prior to performing services, we outline the basic terms of our engagement and quote a fee range (based upon our composite rate) for services rendered.

Upon written acknowledgement and acceptance, a retainer fee (one-half of maximum rate quoted, or one-twelfth monthly for ongoing services) will be paid.

We believe most services can be delivered more cost effectively at our average composite rate. However, certain engagements (i.e. Specific Consultations and Specialized services) will be billed at individual staff rates per hour.

Financial Planning Consultants, Inc. is a Independent Registered Investment Advisor. Advisory fees are addition to the internal expenses charged by mutual funds and other investment company securities.  To the extent that clients intend to hold thse securities, the internal expenses should be included when evaluating the costs of a fee-based account.  Clients should periodically re-evaluate whether the use of an asset-based fee continues to be appropriate in servicing their needs.  A list of additional considerations, as well as the fee schedule, is available in the firm's Form ADV Part II as well as the client agreement.

Client fee schedule has been developed to reflect the level of services typically provided by FPC. As always, FPC is never interested in doing something that a client can or wants to do for themselves; accordingly, above fee may be negotiated to reflect actual level of services wanted or needed. Typically, FPC provides personalized investment planning (development of investment policy statement or statement of specific investment objectives, review of goals/objectives, determination of risk tolerance, selection of asset classes, determination of an appropriate asset allocation, selection of specific investments and other securities, monitoring of performance, rebalancing recommendations for portfolio as necessary), financial forecasting (projected future values, inflation adjusted income, tax analysis), implementation plan (sources and uses/time horizons), monitoring (consolidated reporting and evaluation) and lastly a highly trained TEAM of experienced professionals who can help clients develop and remain on track with their long-range investment plans.  In addition, full-service clients retain FPC ongoingly (components billed separately) to provide highly personalized family wealth management* services (cash flow budgeting, stock options, tax and retirement strategies, education funding, insurance sufficiency and risk management, asset protection strategies & charitable giving and multi-generational estate plans) and the coordination of their investment assets (wherever held) with their overall financial plans.
